Nepal Property Expo 2008- from December 27 to 28, 2008- was organised in New York, USA by First Kathmandu with the joint effort of Himalayan Herbal Garden Inc, America and Guna Colony. Houses with a value of Rs 25 lakh to flats costing Rs 16.5 million were kept in the exhibition for sale. The bookings were beyond expectations and the response was overwhelming.
