

First Kathmandu was very successful in marketing and promoting Nepal's first ever lost cost housing apartment, Bhainsepati Apartment by Guna Colony Pvt. Ltd ,in Nepal Property Expo 2009 Kathmandu. The Bhainsepati-based flats offered by Guna Colony at the rate of Rs 1.3 to 1.8 million was the prime attraction of the event. The Colony offered 600 flats at the rate of Rs 1.3 to Rs 1.8 million. As the apartments boasted of all modern amenities at minimum possible costs, there were overbooked especially by middle-class people.

First Kathmandu Pvt. Ltd. has been taking responsibility of marketing the Nepalese Housing products abroad such as United states, Australia, Europe, as well as in Nepal through organizing expos in different times. Ayusha Developer Pvt. Ltd. of oriental group gave the responsibility of marketing their new venture, Eastern apartment to First Kathmandu. Marketing of Eastern Apartment was very effectively by First Kathmandu and thus apartments were overbooked especially by middle-class people.
Ayusha Developers offered 312 2BR apartments and 104 3BR apartments in the first phase of the project. The 2BR apartments cover area of 548 sq.ft and 704 sq.ft, while the 3BR apartments cover 940 sq.ft. The construction has already started and is expected to complete within three years, according to the company.
